The specific implementation suggested for authorizing a project is outlined in the agenda below.
This agenda may be modified to include authorizing the next Stage Plan (see the section covering ‘Authorize a Stage or Exception Plan’) if this is done as part of a combined review.

Look back: | Review the End Stage Report from the initiation stage |
Look forward: | Review the Project Initiation Documentation |
Assess overall project viability: | Review the Business Case and key issues/risks |
Make a decision: | Authorize the project (by approving the Project Initiation Documentation), or Request amendments to the Project Initiation Documentation, or Reject the project. |
